Your workspace

Your workspace (also called your organisation) holds everything your business does in KnowYourMarket.ai: its members, wallet balance, reports, leads and subscriptions. Its name is your business name.

See your workspace details

1. Open the user menu (your name, top right).
2. Select Organisation.

The Organisation page shows:

• Business details: your business name (owners and admins only)
• your Marketing Feed subscription (see Manage your subscription)
• Invite a person (owners and admins only)
• Members: everyone in the workspace and anyone with a pending invitation

Change your business name

Your business name appears on your dashboard, on invitations you send and on your receipts.

1. Go to Organisation > Business details.
2. Edit Business name.
3. Select Save.

The new name shows straight away across the app.

Note

Only owners and admins can change the business name. If you don’t see Business details, ask an owner or admin.

Check which workspace you’re in

• The dashboard shows “Workspace:” followed by the name.
• Account Settings > Profile > Current workspace shows the workspace, your role in it, your status and the wallet balance.
