Intelligence Reports overview
Intelligence Reports are one-off research reports on a market, an industry, your competitors / peers or your marketing. You order one when you need it. There’s no subscription.
The four reports

| Commercial Intelligence Report | Deep market and industry analysis covering competitive positioning, pricing and market dynamics. |
| Competitor Gap Intelligence Report | Finds gaps in how your competitors / peers are positioned that you can use to win market share. |
| Industry Intelligence Report | Structural analysis of an ANZSIC industry in a chosen Australian geography: market size, demand, competitive forces, risk and outlook. Backed by ABS and ATO data. |
| Marketing Review & Recommendations | A full marketing review of an organisation: audience, demand, positioning against peers, channel visibility, website journey, messaging and proof. |
How ordering works
Section titled “How ordering works”- Go to Intelligence Reports and select + New report.
- Under Order a report, select Start on the report you want.
- Fill in the form and submit it.
- The cost is held from your wallet balance, and the report is queued.
- KnowYourMarket.ai emails you when it’s ready. You can also check its status under Intelligence Reports.

How long it takes
Section titled “How long it takes”Most reports take between 5 minutes and 4 hours, depending on size.
Who can order
Section titled “Who can order”Owners, admins and members can order reports. Viewers can only view them. See Team members.
Paying for a report
Section titled “Paying for a report”Reports are paid from your workspace wallet. Top up first if your balance is low. See Billing and payments. The cost of each report you’ve ordered shows on its detail page under Details > Cost.
