Section titled “Positioning”- Unique Selling Proposition: what sets you apart
- Price Positioning: for example budget, mid-market or premium
- Known Competitors: business names you already compete with
Operations & Strategy
Section titled “Operations & Strategy”- Operating Capacity: team size and capacity limits
- Supply Chain: key suppliers and dependencies
- Growth Goal *: for example, double revenue within 24 months by expanding into VIC and QLD
- Anything else: any context or focus areas for the report
